1. How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps within 30 days of receiving your order:

       Contact our customer service team at contact@ragsandrascals.com with your order number and reason for return.

       We will confirm your return is eligible and provide the returns address.

       Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible, with tags still attached.

       Post the item back at your own cost using a tracked service. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

       Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

       Unworn and unwashed

       In original condition with all tags still attached

       Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if an item is returned in a condition that suggests it has been worn or is no longer in a resaleable state.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of return postage and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photograph of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. We recommend doing this promptly to avoid missing out on stock.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please allow a further 3 to 5 working days for your bank or card provider to process the credit. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

       Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase

       Items returned outside of the 30-day window

       Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt

       Items returned without their original tags

We are unable to make exceptions to this policy. Please check your order carefully before purchasing discounted or clearance items.

This policy applies to all orders placed through our website. Your statutory rights are not affected.
