Processing Times
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days.

UK Delivery
Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days.

International Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing requirements.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.  Changing the delivery address is not possible once an order is placed.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
We consider something lost if the tracking has not updated 7 days after dispatch, please notify us if the parcel is deemed to be lost a full refund will be provided. If a parcel is damaged please contact us at the email address below providing photographic evidence and we can then review on a case by case basis.
